We want you to love your Bon Jovi Store apparel, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the merchandise is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
